I remember reading a column on Hoopsworld by Nathan Bishop back during the "Miles gate" drama by The Oreloid. Bishop mentioned that Darius does a lot of good stuff for kids, that he never brags about, that the papers never look into, and that just never gets out to the public that so often is 'reminded' that he is 'evil'.

Today, a columnist in The Oregonian (I will not call it The Oreloid this time because this article does no second guessing or stretching of the truth.) writes about Darius' big heart, and if you'll notice, there is no comment by the Miles family, why? They don't want prefer to talk about their generosity.
