There are some small changes that are coming to the jerseys, this is one of them.

Notice how it says Portland, instead of Blazers?

Also sa1177 on the bbb.net forums, claims to have once worked in the marketing department for the Blazers, and offers some insight on what will be the 'new' jerseys.
